Our Services

Effortless Enchantment is an independent travel planning agency. We provide travel consulting, itinerary planning, and booking coordination services for leisure travel, group travel, and small business travel management. We act as an agent on your behalf when booking travel with third-party suppliers including airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, and ground transportation providers.

We are not a travel supplier. We do not own, operate, or control the transportation, accommodation, or other services we book on your behalf. Our role is to plan, coordinate, and facilitate. The actual provision of travel services is the responsibility of each supplier.

Bookings and Payments

All bookings are made subject to the terms, conditions, and cancellation policies of each individual travel supplier. These vary significantly by supplier and fare type and will be communicated to you before booking. It is your responsibility to review and understand the terms of each booking before confirming.

Payment for travel arrangements is typically made directly to the supplier at the time of booking, through secure payment platforms. Planning fees, where applicable, are agreed upon in advance and invoiced separately. We will always discuss fees clearly before any work begins or charges are incurred.

Cancellations and Changes

Cancellation and change policies are determined by each supplier and vary widely. Some bookings are non-refundable; others carry fees for changes or cancellations. We will advise you of applicable policies at the time of booking. If your plans change, contact us as early as possible. The earlier we know, the more options we typically have.

We are not responsible for supplier-imposed cancellation fees or for losses resulting from trip interruptions, delays, or cancellations caused by weather, acts of nature, government actions, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend travel insurance for all trips, particularly group travel, international travel, and cruises where unexpected changes can carry significant financial consequences. We provide travel insurance options and assist with enrollment; however, the purchase of travel insurance is your decision and your responsibility. We are not liable for losses that would have been covered by insurance you chose not to purchase.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that all travelers in your party hold valid passports, visas, and any other documentation required for your destination. Passport and visa requirements vary by destination and citizenship and can change. We encourage you to verify requirements with the relevant embassy or consulate in advance of travel. We are not responsible for denied boarding or entry resulting from insufficient documentation.

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about all travelers, including any accessibility needs, dietary requirements, or medical conditions that may affect travel planning. Providing incomplete or inaccurate information may limit our ability to accommodate your needs and could affect your travel experience.

Health requirements for international travel, including vaccination requirements, are your responsibility to research and fulfill. Requirements vary by destination and can change. We recommend consulting your healthcare provider and reviewing current requirements well in advance of travel.

Accuracy of Information

We work to ensure that all information we provide is accurate and up to date. However, travel information, including pricing, availability, policies, visa requirements, and destination conditions, can change rapidly. We cannot guarantee the accuracy of all information at all times, and we encourage you to verify critical details independently, particularly close to your travel date.

Our liability to you for any claim arising from our services is limited to the planning fees paid directly to us in connection with the trip in question. We are not liable for consequential, indirect, special, or punitive damages of any kind.
