Effortless Enchantment / MWTravels LLC is committed to ensuring that our website and services are accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. Accessibility isn't an afterthought for us. It's built into how we work. The same care we put into planning accessible travel for our clients, we apply to how we present ourselves online.

Our Commitment

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities, including those who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, voice input, or other assistive technologies.

We are continuously working to improve the accessibility of our website and welcome your feedback on areas where we can do better.

Measures We Take

In designing and maintaining this website, we work to include meaningful alternative text for images and visual content; sufficient color contrast between text and backgrounds; keyboard-navigable menus and interactive elements; properly labeled forms and input fields; a logical heading structure that supports screen reader navigation; captions or text alternatives for video content where applicable; and page titles and language attributes that assist assistive technologies.

Known Limitations

While we strive to meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards across our website, some content may not yet fully meet these guidelines. In particular, some video content may not yet have full captions or audio descriptions. We are actively working to address these gaps and appreciate your patience as we continue to improve.

Third-party platforms linked from our website, including booking portals, travel management tools, and partner sites, are governed by their own accessibility practices, which are outside our direct control. If you encounter accessibility barriers on a third-party platform you've reached through our site, we encourage you to contact that platform directly, and we are happy to assist you in identifying accessible alternatives where possible.

Beyond website accessibility, we specialize in planning travel for clients with accessibility needs. If you are a traveler with mobility considerations, sensory needs, dietary requirements, or other accessibility requirements, we are here to help you plan a trip that works for you, not one that retrofits accessibility as an afterthought. We verify accessibility claims before booking, coordinate directly with suppliers, and design itineraries around your needs from the start.
